hexxEligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 and meet any higher minimum age required in your country. If you are not old enough to enter into these terms independently, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. Provide accurate account information, keep sign-in links and credentials secure, and do not let others misuse your account. Contact necoddington@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Using Hexx
Hexx lets you create a customizable profile, link to other platforms, share templates, view community rankings, and exchange message requests and DMs. Features may change or be unavailable temporarily. Usernames and aliases are subject to availability and may be restricted or changed to address impersonation, infringement, abuse, or conflicts with service routes.
Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of content you create. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload or link to content, including music, images, videos, names, and designs. Do not upload other people's private information without permission.
You grant Hexx a nonexclusive permission to host, store, reproduce, format, and display your content as needed to provide the features you choose, deliver messages, and operate and protect the service. Publishing a profile makes that content publicly accessible. This permission ends when the content is removed from the service, except for retained backups, legal or safety records, and copies legitimately shared through the service.
When you publish a reusable template, you also permit other Hexx users to apply and adapt its shared design settings for their profiles. Making that template private later does not remove designs already applied by others. Sharing a template does not transfer ownership of your identity or grant rights to third-party assets you do not own.
Community rules
Do not use Hexx for unlawful content, threats, harassment, hate directed at protected groups, sexual exploitation, nonconsensual intimate content, doxxing, fraud, impersonation, or infringement of others' rights. Do not post sexual content involving minors.
Do not send spam or unwanted repeated messages, distribute malware or phishing links, evade blocks or account restrictions, manipulate views or rankings, probe accounts without authorization, scrape private information, or interfere with service security or availability. Respect other users' boundaries and the rules of platforms you link to.
Messages, reports, and moderation
Use message requests and DMs responsibly. Messages are not end-to-end encrypted and recipients may share them. You can block or report users through available controls. We may review reported content, restrict features, remove content, or suspend accounts to investigate abuse, protect users, or comply with law. Free and paid features
Features depend on your plan and current availability. If a paid purchase is offered, its price, billing interval, renewal terms, cancellation method, and any refund terms must be shown before you agree to pay. A pricing-page description alone does not authorize a charge. Applicable consumer cancellation and refund rights remain in effect. External services
Google, Discord, email providers, linked platforms, and external content have their own terms. Hexx is not affiliated with or endorsed by those platforms merely because it supports their links or sign-in. We do not control third-party websites or guarantee their content, availability, or conduct.
Privacy
Our privacy policy describes the information processed for accounts, public profiles, messages, analytics, and service operations, along with ways to request access or deletion. Share only information you are comfortable making available through the features you select.
Ending your use
You may stop using Hexx, unpublish your profile, or request account deletion by contacting necoddington@gmail.com. We may restrict or end access for violations, legal requirements, or serious operational risks. Where practical, we will explain the reason and allow you to contact us. Removal does not recall content copied by others or eliminate records that need to be retained for lawful purposes.
Availability and responsibility
Hexx is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, preservation of every upload, or the accuracy of user content. Keep your own copies of important content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory rights relating to faulty services.
Changes and questions
We may revise these terms as the service develops. We will update the effective date and provide notice of material changes through the service or an appropriate contact method. Where required, we will seek your agreement before applying changes. Questions, complaints, rights requests, and content-infringement notices can be sent to necoddington@gmail.com. Describe the issue and include relevant Hexx links so we can investigate.
